Especially those who are already ill, whose immunity is weak, children and women and people suffering from anemia are the most prone to infections and viral infections of the changing seasons. Once an infection occurs, pneumonia or infection in the lungs can also occur if care is not taken at the beginning or if untreated. 

However, viral and infection is common every year with changing seasons and sometimes it is cured in 7 to 10 days due to avoiding a little, home remedies etc. But working people, students and women should not let it dominate themselves.

To wipe the runny nose repeatedly, keep a handkerchief separately or use tissue paper.
