All conferences, workshops, educational tours and sports programs have been postponed to 31 March while examinations at universities and schools will be as per schedule.

The Punjab government has ordered the closure of cinema houses till further orders to prevent the spread of corona virus and prohibited the mobilization of people. The woman, who died in Delhi due to Corona virus, was cremated at Nigambodh Ghat under the supervision of medical authorities.

The funeral took place under the supervision of doctors and MCD of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The Health Ministry said that it has started the work of setting guidelines regarding the bodies of those who died of the disease. A Health Ministry official said that although the possibility of corona virus infection by disposal of dead bodies is less, guidelines are being made to remove any misconceptions and spread awareness about the spread of the disease from the dead bodies.

Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said at an event in Hyderabad that the number of domestic air passengers has dropped by 10 to 15 percent due to the deadly virus. 3 से 5 साल के बच्चों की नींद

6 से 13 साल के बच्चों की नींद
नेशनल स्लीप फाउंडेशन द्वारा स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों को 9 से 11 घंटे नींद लेने की सलाह दी गई है, लेकिन 7 से कम और 11 घंटे से ज्यादा नींद इन बच्चों को नहीं लेने देना चाहिए।
किशोरावस्था
किशोरावस्था के बच्चों को 8 से 10 घंटे की नींद लेना आवश्यक है, लेकिन 7 घंटे से कम नींद इनके लिए पर्याप्त नहीं मानी जाती है। इसके अलावा 11 घंटे से ज्यादा नींद भी इनके लिए सही नहीं मानी जाती है।

26 से 64 साल की उम्र के लोगों को वयस्कों की तरह ही नींद लेने की सलाह दी जाती है। उन्हें भी कम से कम 8 घंटे की पर्याप्त नींद लेना चाहिए।
बुजुर्ग के लिए 
65 साल से ज्यादा लोगों को 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद लेना चाहिए। इन्हें 5 घंटे से कम और 9 घंटे से अधिक नींद नहीं लेनी चाहिए। पर्याप्त नींद लेने के साथ ही पौष्टिक खाना भी सभी के लिए बेहद आवश्यक है। कैफीन युक्त पदार्थ जैसे कॉफी और चाय भी नींद को कम करते हैं। इनका सेवन कम करना चाहिए। जिन लोगों को पर्याप्त नींद नहीं आती है, वे अपनी आदतें बदलकर अच्छी नींद हासिल कर सकते हैं। खानपान भी नींद की आदत में अहम भूमिका निभाता |
