Method :

First bring both your legs to the front and place your two hands next to both your hips. There should not be any burden on the hands. Now bend your right leg and the bottom of your right hip should be upward. Similarly, bend your left leg and place it under your left hip. The ankles of both legs should be contiguous. Now sit with your spine straight. You sit in this position for 5-15 minutes.
