Around 41.50 crore people worldwide suffer from diabetes. That means one out of every 11 people is in its grip. Even more surprising is that 46 percent of these people do not know that they have diabetes. Even type 2 diabetes cases are increasing rapidly among the youth due to obesity.

3. Ritbhuk: One should eat according to the season. We should also follow the right time to consume food. For example, one should have breakfast full of protein, fat and nutrients in the morning.

Take good quality multivitamins, minerals, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D3 in food. Nutrients chromium, vitamin B3 and magnesium etc. improve blood sugar control, which gives the body energy.

Being active and working 8 hours a day is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Physical or mental work helps to avoid a sedentary lifestyle. No smoking

People who smoke more cigarettes for a longer period of time are also at risk of cancer.

Distance from gadgets

The arrival of machines and gadgets have brought changes in the lifestyle of everyone. Avoid watching TV for long hours, playing games on mobile and playing late at night. Screen time should be controlled according to age and work. Otherwise we can go towards an unhealthy lifestyle. Exercise 150 minutes at least 5 days a week.
