  Covid-19: What masks are wornMasks are a common means of protection against infection or pollution. You may remember that some time ago when pollution problem in Delhi increased, people started wearing masks to avoid it. In fact, a normal mask can work with your breath to prevent dust from going into your body.

In the same way, if a person suffering from a cough or cold applies a mask, the coughing and sneezing, along with the micro-drops coming out of the mouth and nose, will not reach the other person. So if you have a cough and cold, do wear a mask. To help prevent infection from spreading.

Know these things in the use of know-


  • Must wear masks while visiting any crowded place.
  • Of a patient suspected of corona virus
  • If you are caring then apply mask.
  • Clean hands thoroughly before wearing mask. Cover the mouth and nose completely with a mask.
  • Do not keep any gap near the mouth and nose while wearing a mask. Do not touch the mask after wearing it.
  • If you have touched the mask, clean the hands immediately. Do not use again after using a mask.
  • Do not touch the mask repeatedly. Do not hang it around the neck.
  • Avoid using masks if you are healthy.
  • If the mask becomes wet, change it within 6 hours.
  • Never touch the mask from outside.
  • Remove the mask from the back and insert it into the dustbin itself.
  • After taking off the mask, definitely sanitize your hands.
  • What should we do to increase our immunity?
  • Various doctors have suggested some things to increase immunity:
  • Spend some time on the roof of the house or during the sun during the balcony. Sunlight gives energy to T-cells which help in fighting infection present in our body.
  • Meditation keeps the mind calm and increases happiness. Relieving stress makes the body strong. This helps the immune cells to identify the virus affected organs and attack the virus.
  • According to several studies, exercising regularly reduces the risk of cough and cold by 50 percent. Exercise strengthens the resistance system.
  • Good sleep is very helpful in increasing the immunity of our body.
