Immediate relief from neck and shoulder pain,

You cannot go to the gym because of the lockdown. You do not even have the option to get out of the house and go to the park. In such a situation, we are telling you that by regularizing some steps, you can keep yourself fit. Neither much time nor space is required for this. Here is the sequel.

Chintx-

Stand upright with a wall. Try to move your chin towards your chest. With the help of hands, lower your head slowly, so that your neck is stretched. In this case, stay like this for a few seconds. Then slowly come back to the old position. Repeat this for a few minutes a day. This will give you relief from neck problem.
 
Towel holder Stretch -
Stand upright in one place and hold the towel behind your back with both your hands. Now widen your chest. Try to lift your hands upwards while holding the towels from behind. With the chest widened, move your chin upwards. Stay like this for a few seconds. After this repeat this exercise.
 
Wallache Stretch-
First of all, stand facing the wall. Now raise your right hand up. Place it on the wall in the right shoulder line. Now turn to the left. By doing this you will feel a chest strain. Stay in this state for a few seconds. Now do this workout from the other side.
  
Door -way pectoral stretch

Stand upright in a doorway. Move your right leg forward six inches. Raise your arms up to shoulder level and straighten the elbows. Rotate your hands so that you can place your palms on the wall around the doorway. Opening the body forward, lean towards the door until you feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders. Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Do this about three times daily.
